Launching a fundraiser with MPF is simple.
We handle the setup, the store, and the product fulfillment so your organization can focus on sharing the fundraiser and raising support.

STEP 1 – Start Your Fundraiser

Submit a simple request form to launch your fundraiser.

You’ll tell us a little about your organization, upload your logo, and select the products you want to include in your fundraiser store.

Once your request is approved, we begin building your custom fundraising platform.

STEP 2 – Choose Your Custom Products

Your organization will select a curated group of products to feature in your fundraiser.

These products are customized with your organization’s branding, colors, and logo so supporters can proudly represent the school, team, or cause they are supporting.

STEP 3 – We Build Your Online Store

Once your products are selected, we create a custom online fundraising store specifically for your organization.

Your store includes:

Your logo and branding
Your selected fundraiser products
Secure online checkout
Mobile-friendly shopping experience

Supporters can browse the store, place orders online, and have their purchases shipped directly to them.

STEP 4 – Share Your Fundraiser

Every fundraiser includes a custom promotional package designed to help you reach as many supporters as possible.

You’ll receive:

Custom promotional flyers
Email templates for your network
SMS text message promotions
Individual QR codes for participants

STEP 5 – Orders Ship Automatically

When supporters place an order, the product is produced and shipped directly to them through our fulfillment partners.

Your organization never has to handle inventory, collect payments, or coordinate product distribution.

Everything is handled through the platform.

STEP 6 – Profits Are Shared

When the fundraiser concludes, the profits from product sales are calculated.

Those profits are shared between your organization and My Product Fundraiser.

Your group receives funding to support its programs, while MPF earns revenue for providing the platform, marketing tools, and operational management that make the fundraiser possible.

Most fundraisers run for approximately 30 days.
