For Fundraiser Organizers
Is there any cost to start a fundraiser?
No. There are no setup fees and no upfront costs to start a fundraiser with My Product Fundraiser.
We only earn money when your fundraiser earns money. That means our success is directly tied to helping your organization succeed!
How much money can we raise?
Every fundraiser is different, but most groups raise hundreds to several thousand dollars depending on the size of the organization and how actively participants share their fundraiser.
Many school teams, clubs, and classes have 25–30 students participating, which allows the fundraiser to reach a large network of supporters very quickly.
How long does a fundraiser last?
Most fundraisers run for about 30 days.
This timeframe creates a sense of urgency while giving participants enough time to share their fundraiser with friends, family, and supporters.
Do we have to handle inventory or deliveries?
No.
All products are produced and shipped directly to the customer by our fulfillment partners. Your organization does not need to handle inventory, collect payments, or deliver products.
Can we choose which products we sell?
Yes.
When you start your fundraiser, you will select a curated group of products that will appear in your custom store. These products are chosen from different price tiers so supporters can easily find something that fits their budget.
Can our products include our school or team logo?
Absolutely.
Your products can be customized using your school logo, team logo, colors, or organization branding. Many items can also be personalized with names or numbers.
How do participants share the fundraiser?
Every fundraiser receives:
- A custom online store
- A promotional flyer with QR code
- Shareable links for social media
- Email and text message templates
Participants can easily share the fundraiser with friends, family, and supporters.
What is the QR code system?
Each fundraiser can generate unique QR codes for individual participants.
This allows organizers to track which participants generate the most sales and even create fun incentives or prizes for top sellers.
When do we receive the funds?
At the end of the fundraising period, sales are finalized and profits are calculated.
Your organization then receives its share of the fundraiser proceeds directly from My Product Fundraiser.
For Supporters
How do I place an order?
Simply visit the fundraiser’s online store or scan the QR code provided by the participant.
From there you can browse available items and place your order securely online.
How will I receive my items?
All orders are shipped directly to you after production.
This means you do not need to coordinate pickup with the school or organization.
Are the products high quality?
Yes.
We partner with established promotional product suppliers who specialize in custom branded merchandise and fulfillment.
Our goal is to provide items that supporters will actually enjoy using long after the fundraiser ends.
Can I support more than one participant?
Yes.
You can place multiple orders or use different QR codes to support multiple participants if you choose.
